1. Our Commitment
ChatAdda, developed and operated by Evil Tech Pvt Ltd, is firmly committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children in any way.
This document outlines our comprehensive standards and practices for preventing, detecting, and responding to child safety concerns, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
ChatAdda strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
- Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors
- Sexualization of minors in any form
- Sextortion or blackmail involving minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child abuse
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAE content
- Any communication intended to sexually exploit a minor
Any user found engaging in such activities will be immediately and permanently banned from ChatAdda, and their information will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities.
3. Age Requirements
ChatAdda is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to create accounts or use our services.
- Users must confirm they are at least 13 years old during registration
- We collect date of birth information to verify age eligibility
- Accounts suspected of belonging to users under 13 will be suspended pending verification
- We promptly delete any personal information collected from children under 13
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior on ChatAdda that you believe violates our child safety standards or involves the exploitation of minors, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
4.1 In-App Reporting
ChatAdda provides a built-in user feedback and reporting system. You can report concerning content or users directly within the app:
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) on any post, message, or profile
- Select “Report” from the menu options
- Choose “Child Safety” or “CSAE” as the reason
- Provide any additional details that may help our investigation

ChatAdda employs multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent child exploitation:
- Automated Detection: We use industry-standard tools and technologies to detect and remove CSAM and other harmful content
- Human Review: Our trained trust and safety team reviews flagged content and reports
- Proactive Monitoring: We actively monitor for patterns of behavior associated with grooming or exploitation
- Hash Matching: We participate in hash-sharing initiatives to identify known CSAM
- User Verification: We implement age verification measures during account creation
6. Response to Violations
When we identify or receive reports of potential CSAE violations, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Content Removal: Violating content is removed immediately upon detection
- Account Suspension: Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all confirmed CSAE incidents to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant data for law enforcement investigations as required by law
- Victim Support: We cooperate with authorities to support victims and investigations

ChatAdda and Evil Tech Pvt Ltd comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:
- COPPA: Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (United States)
- POCSO Act: Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (India)
- IT Act 2000: Information Technology Act, Section 67B (India)
- International Standards: We adhere to international CSAE prevention standards and best practices
- Platform Policies: We comply with Google Play and Apple App Store child safety requirements
